I saw something really awesome a few days ago.
I should have taken a picture of it.
But of course, I didn't. I mean, I just don't think of those sorts of things while I'm experiencing it.
I was in the library, and all of a sudden, I stumble across the book Across the Universe by Beth Revis. Yeah, yeah, I know. It's a pretty big hit (I ♥ LOVE ♥ LOVE ♥ LOVE ♥ THAT BOOK!), so I shouldn't be surprised to find it in the library.
The cool thing about it was that I follow her blog! Okay, a lot of us probably do (those of you that don't, I suggest you do it). But, it's just inspiring, seeing another blogger with their book in a library! The thought that someone like us has books in local libraries... it's just totally cool.
And to think that all of uscould will one day have our books in libraries... that's even cooler.
Have a wonderful Wednesday!

P.S.
If you haven't read Across the Universe, you should. I didn't write a review for it, but I have to say it's one of my favorites!

Can't wait to see YOUR book in a library! Keep writing! :)
YES! That happens to me all the time! I get all excited and geeky when I see people's books at Barnes and Noble and say, "I know them! I know them!" Even if we've never met in real life :) So cool. Here's hoping that all of us will be in stores and libraries one day!
Thanks for this inspiration!
That's exactly how I felt - so excited - when I ran into Jessica Therrien at the LA Times Festival of Books because I see her book cover at your website all the time. So, yes, I can relate to that! Love, Grandma
Sounds like good motivation for you...it would be cool to have a book in the library.
Fairbetty~ Thanks :)
Julie~ Lol, yeah I do the same thing! Thanks for stopping by!
Dana~ You're welcome :)
GR~ Yeah, that was so cool when you emailed me about it! I wish I could have been there...
Chuck~ I totally agree! Glad you stopped by
Oh I love it when that happens - when I see a fellow bloggers book out there in the world. It's brilliant to follow someone's creative dreams and see them come to fruition. And I hadn't read that book, but will bookmark it to return to after payday!
That is awesome! I like looking for books from fellow bloggers. I gave you an award on my blog. =)
I really want to read that book! It sounds really cool! :) Happy Thursday :)))
Well it depends... The book "Fifty Shades of Gray" is getting attacked by libraries for the sexual content. Many have chosen to pull it from their shelves while others stand behind it.
Isn't that just awesome?! I have her book on my nightstand and I plan to start reading it asap... you just motivated me with this post too. A couple years ago I had a writing mentor who corresponded with me and helped me figure some things out... and a few months ago I saw her book in Wal-mart. I was just giddy. It is so so exciting when that happens!!
