Whispers, echo in the darkness.
I’ve never seen the owners of the voices. They don’t show themselves. Not
to me, anyway.
To me, they are ghosts. And even if they aren’t, the effect is the same.
They torment me, and haunt my soul.
Yet they are only whispers.
And I won’t let them destroy me.
